**Agent, Food Support Services (SUMMER JOB)**:
**Number of positions: 1**:
The Food Support Services Officer welcomes Community Support members and ensures that their information is entered for their subscription to the various services offered. Depending on the status, he/she sees to the opening/updating of the clients' profile. He/she refers and/or registers the users to other relevant services.

He also ensures that phone calls are received or that members who have left voice messages are called back, and sees to the scheduling of appointments for clients. He/she also ensures that appointment/information requests are answered on the Welcome Market inbox.

Prepares and makes available materials, information and communications to be distributed to members. He/she ensures that he/she has the necessary office equipment to accomplish his/her work.

During food distributions, the Food Support Services Officer performs various tasks and also acts as a liaison officer, thus ensuring the smooth running of the Market's activities.

Job type
- Full time (35h per week)
- Fixed term contract (8 weeks)
- Salary 20$/h
- Be between the ages of 15 and 30 (inclusive)
- Daytime work from Monday to Friday and stable schedule
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or a person who has been granted refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act [S.C. 2001, c. 27];
- Foreign students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
