Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) agent (e) service à la clientèle – soutien ventes dans la région de Montréal

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable d’aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à nos produits de manière professionnelle et dans le plus grand respect des normes définies en termes de qualité de service et de productivité.

Les responsabilités du poste d’agent (e) service à la clientèle – soutien ventes sont les suivantes:

  • Répondre aux appels et aux courriels des clients
  • Évaluer et comprendre les besoins et les attentes des clients
  • Traiter les commandes des clients
  • Proposer les meilleures alternatives possibles aux clients
  • Saisir et traiter les demandes de service
  • Saisir les opportunités d’avancement technique
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes de service pour garantir leur résolution
  • Faciliter la communication entre les clients, les représentants des ventes, les techniciens et les représentants du service à la clientèle
  • Traiter et suivre les autorisations de retour
  • Surveillance de la couverture cellulaire et du réseau

Les qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires
  • 3 ans d’expérience pertinente
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellentes capacités de communication en anglais et francais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Communication en espagnol est un
  • Connaissance de l’industrie de la télémétrie est un atout
  • Sens aigu de la débrouillardise et de l’organisation
  • Autonomie, initiative et sens élevé des responsabilités
  • Grande capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Polyvalence et flexibilité
  • Rigueur, souci de l’excellence et méticulosité
  • Sens aigu du service au client et éthique professionnelle irréprochable

Role : Customer Service Agent – Sales Support

We are currently looking for a customer service agent – sales support in the Montreal area

You will be responsible for helping customers resolve technical problems related to our products in a professional manner and in full compliance with defined standards in terms of service quality and productivity.

The responsibilities of the customer service agent – sales support position:

  • Answer customer calls and e-mails
  • Assess and understand customer needs and expectations
  • Process customer orders
  • Suggest the best possible alternatives to customers
  • Capture and process service requests
  • Seize opportunities for technical progress
  • Follow up service requests to ensure resolution
  • Facilitate communication between customers, sales representatives, technicians and customer service representatives
  • Process and track return authorizations
  • Monitor cellular and network coverage

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in French
  • Communication in Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of the telemetry industry is an asset
  • Resourcefulness and organizational skills
  • Autonomy, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Versatility and flexibility
  • Thoroughness, commitment to excellence and meticulousness
