- Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Junior PM provides project support and coordinates the day-to-day tasks of various projects within the strategy and project team's portfolio of projects.

1. Project Management:
- Align the program with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.- Ensure that the program contributes to the overall success of the organization.- Create a detailed program plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.- Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and finances, to meet program objectives.

2. Stakeholder Management:
- Identify, engage, and communicate with key stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and external partners.- Communicate program goals, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders.- Provide regular updates on program status, milestones achieved, and upcoming activities.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

3. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the program.- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.- Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation efforts.

4. Evaluation and Reporting:
- Evaluate program performance against goals and objectives.- Prepare and present regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.- Conduct post-program evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.- Between two (2) to five (5) years of experience in project management with a focus on overseeing large, complex projects and managing project portfolios.- Previous experience in transport, logistics operations or supply chain management

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Skills: communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.- Knowledge: understanding of project management principles, practices, and frameworks.- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Linguistic: Communicate Effectively in French and English

Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)- Project Management tools (Monday, JIRA, Asana, etc.)- Diagramming Software (Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)
