Processing and directing of inbound and outbound mail
- Greeting and directing visitors - Reception desk
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc...
- Manage the tenant lifecycle
- Upkeep website listings
- Primary point of contact with tenants for all matters related to rent
- Internal bookkeeping for all expenses
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Maintain company contact lists
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Prepare various reports to support senior staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
