We're looking for you to join our team as a **Client Support Coordinator** from **anywhere located in Canada**

As the Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality client service to our Financing team to resolve core issues, prepare client proposals, letters of intent, contracts, obtaining needed signatures, and following up with clients. Additionally, you'll be actively participating in portfolio development by identifying funding opportunities and developing creative solutions to meet client needs. You will also conduct pre-qualification and risk rating assessment activities for existing and potential financing clients, and contribute to marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, activities, preparing marketing communications, and providing on-site logístical support.

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Able to analyze and interpret financial statements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Eager to work within a team or independently
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bilingual in French and English
