We're looking for you to join our team as a **Client Relationship Officer** in **Ottawa, ON**
As an Officer, you'll be delivering exceptional customer service to your clients by meeting their individual needs. You'll be responsible for performing office activities efficiently, have the opportunity to collaborate with your team, and provide holistic administrative support.
**More of what you'll be doing includes**:
- Utilizing your analytical skills by participating in the development of portfolios to uncover financial opportunities and create unique solutions to meet clients needs
- Contributing to marketing initiatives by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, including preparing marketing communications and providing logístical support
- Managing a variety of projects to support our internal teams and initiatives
- Preparing letters, proposals, and contracts to clients and professionals
- Maintaining business relationships with various external organizations and help promote our financing services with influencers and prospects

- Vous mettez à profit votre capacité d’analyse en participant activement au développement du portefeuille afin de déceler les occasions de financement et d’élaborer des solutions novatrices à valeur ajoutée répondant aux besoins de la clientèle;
- Vous prenez part aux efforts de marketing en organisant des événements, des campagnes et des activités, ce qui inclut la préparation des communications de marketing et un soutien logistique sur place;
- Vous aimez gérer des projets multiples pour soutenir nos équipes et initiatives internes.
- Vous préparez les lettres et les propositions et/ou contrats aux client.es et aux professionnel.les. Votre rigueur vous permet d’assurer l’exactitude des informations ainsi que d’assurer des suivis efficaces;
- Vous contribuez au maintien des relations professionnelles avec divers organismes externes et aidez à la promotion des services de financement de BDC auprès des agent.es d’influence et des client.es potentiel.les;
- Grâce à vos connaissances financières, vous effectuez les activités de préqualification et d’évaluation de cote de risque pour les client.es existant.es et potentiel.les, en plus de réaliser l’entrevue initiale avec les client.es et d’autres activités.

- Vous détenez un Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ?
- Excellente communication en anglais et en français est requise
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Business Administration or a related field
- Customer service experience, preferably in the banking industry
