We're looking for you to join our team as an **Account Administration Officer** in **Ottawa, ON.**
As the Officer, you'll be joining our team at MD Management Limited, a division of Scotia Wealth Management. In this role, you will offer essential administrative assistance to both MD Private Investment Counsel and MD Management Ltd lines of business. You will be accountable for various tasks, such as handling client accounts, including account openings, maintenance, and funding. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating transfer requests, resolving transfer inquiries, and ensuring the completion of initiated transfers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Finance or a related field
- Experience working in an administrative or clerical position
- Working knowledge of CRM2
- Client service dedication
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities
