Customer Service Supervisor

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor. This position is based at our Mississauga, ON location and benefits will be offered Day 1.
**What you’ll do**:
The Customer Service Supervisor will lead a team of 3 Customer Service Representatives and function as the primary contact for assigned electrical distributor customers in BC, SK, and AB territories.
- Organize workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Be accountable for ensuring orders are received into the ERP system and/or other support databases.
- Monitor employee productivity and providing constructive feedback/coaching and training.
- Maintain Customer Master and Training Manual.
- Assess current practices for continuous process improvements.
- Assist in product allocation and order management in Mississauga and Calgary plant.
**Qualifications**:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisor/manager experience in customer service
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Business or Communications from an accredited institution
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Bilingual
- English/French is an asset, but not required
