CEMFORT PANELS: In addition to FINEX’s offer, the representative will have to his/her disposal the renowned CEMFORT, superior quality architectural concrete panels, manufactured in Canada. Offering unique products lines and installation systems that will attract the attention of construction professionals and architects. CEMFORT has had tremendous success due to its products distinctive qualities, design flexibility, accessible cost and fast lead times, a main factor in today’s market. CEMFORT has been specified and sold for the last decade in Canada and the US, with exponential growth and continuous innovation on our product lines.

Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Business Development Manager to cultivate new business opportunities by building new and existing relationships in BC & Alberta markets. This position is best suited for someone who is sales driven, personable, and looking to build a business. Must be willing to travel and being comfortable on construction sites.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 + years of experience in sales, working with trades, architects, and dealers
- Knowledge of building materials and construction
- Proficiency in MS office, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication in written and verbal communication skills

**OFFER**:

- Excellent base salary.
- Monthly commission based on specified project sales volume, exponential and repetitive sales.
- Monthly commission based on first sale to every new stocking dealer.
- 3 vacation weeks paid per year.

- Exceptional support from administration: marketing, sales tools, technical services, motivating meetings with administration and continuous support by national sales director.
