Advantage CSP is expanding its team with an exciting opportunity for a **Partner Enablement Manager. **This role is pivotal in developing strategic partnerships and enhancing our channel sales efforts, focusing on our robust Content Services and customer experience platform.

**The Role**

Reporting to the VP Operations, this role is designed for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual ready to drive our partnership and channel sales initiatives. You will be integral in managing the development and oversight of our partner program, which includes reseller management, commission structures, and partner-driven campaigns. Additionally, you will coordinate our presence at trade shows, facilitate user group interactions, and manage partner integrations and placements.

**Key Responsibilities and Expectations**
- **Develop and Maintain Strategic Partnerships**:_
- Identify and engage with potential partners who can extend the reach of Advantage CSP’s platform.
- Create compelling value propositions for prospective partners.
- Leverage networks to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- **Drive Channel Sales Efforts**:_
- Implement channel sales strategies that align with Advantage CSP’s core competencies and strategic direction.
- Set realistic sales targets based on market analysis and partner capabilities.
- Design incentive programs that align partners’ efforts with our business goals.
- **Manage the Full Lifecycle of Partner Relationships**:_
- Establish a structured partner management process that includes partner onboarding, continuous training on new products and features, and regular performance evaluations.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for expanding current partnerships.
- Focus on maintaining high partner satisfaction to ensure long-term collaborations and reduce turnover.
- **Coordinate and Lead our Presence at Trade Shows**:_
- Efficiently manage event planning and execution, ensuring that Advantage CSP is prominently featured, and its value propositions are communicated clearly.
- Prepare impactful presentations, demonstrations, and networking activities that resonate with the event audience.
- **Work Closely with Internal and Cross-Functional Teams**:_
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the partnership strategies not only contribute to the sales targets but also enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with Brand and Customer Success Managers, as well as the Head of Development and Product Architect.
- Integrate feedback from Customer Success Managers to refine partner training programs and support offerings.
- **Utilize Technical Expertise**:_
- Understand the technical nuances of our software, especially how it integrates with other enterprise systems.
- Leverage a strong technical understanding of Microsoft technologies and other APIs to create more robust solutions for partners.
- Conduct workshops or develop integration guides that help partners better utilize these technologies in conjunction with Advantage CSP’s products.

**Your Qualifications, Technical Skills, and Abilities Include**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience; experience in the technology industry strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in partner enablement, channel management, business development, sales, and/or account management.
- Reasonable understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), Microsoft Azure,.NET technologies, eCommerce platforms, and API integrations.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software.
- Experience in planning and executing events and trade shows.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans while also managing day-to-day operations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
