**Your Opportunity**

BDO Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Global CEO, Global Head of People & Culture, and Global Head of Corporate Affairs by facilitating the efficient and effective functioning of the Executive Office and its respective team to advance priority objectives.

This is a hybrid role with 80% of time dedicated to supporting the Global CEO, Global Head of People & Culture, and Global Head of Corporate Affairs as an Executive Assistant, and 20% of time supporting the Corporate Affairs team's strategic projects and communications. In this role, you will own the following responsibilities:
**Executive Support**
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing active calendars and extensive rescheduling, meeting minutes, slide decks, remarks, preparing agendas and reports, completing expense reports, and arranging travel and itineraries. Proactively anticipate leader
- 's need and ensure accuracy, coordination, and prioritization/optimization of their time.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the leaders, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive Office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with internal and external senior leaders.
- Work closely and effectively to keep leaders well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Communicate directly, and on behalf of your leaders, with the Global Leadership Team (GLT), Global Board, senior leaders, external stakeholders, and others. Solicit input from and coordinate with global leadership and internal teams to track, monitor, and follow the progress of projects, action items, and business strategies.

**Corporate Affairs Team Support**
- Support the Global Corporate Affairs team in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives and business processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Take on project management tasks for strategic projects to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time. Support administrative tasks including scheduling and organizing meetings and managing calendars.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by Corporate Affairs lead.

- oversight of this global role, flexibility in hours of work is required. _

**Your experience and education**
- You can manage various priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment. Attention to detail is essential.
- You are tech-savvy and very comfortable learning and using current and new technology solutions and platforms to enhance efficiency with the ability to problem solve minor technical issues independently.
- You demonstrate an inquisitive, positive, and helpful attitude, and can easily collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have strong problem-solving skills with ability to clearly identify and define problems and develop solutions.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication, ability to navigate internal and external politics, and build and maintain strong relationship management.
- You maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships and communications with all internal and external stakeholders.
- You are proficient in Microsoft 365 apps, specifically excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- You have 6+ years of progressive, applicable experience. Prior professional services firm or large matrix organization experience is an asset.
