Title: Assistant Studio Manager - Growth and Sales Focus
Position Overview:
As an Assistant Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, you'll play a key role in driving growth, maximizing sales, and enhancing the overall member experience. With a strong focus on sales mindset and customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with the Studio Manager to achieve revenue targets, foster a supportive team culture, and ensure operational excellence. Your availability for morning and evening shifts will be essential in providing leadership and support during peak hours of studio activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Leadership**: Collaborate with the Studio Manager to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at driving membership sales, class upgrades, and retail purchases. Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- **Member Retention**: Proactively engage with members to understand their fitness goals, challenges, and preferences. Provide personalized recommendations and support to enhance member satisfaction and promote long-term retention.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify opportunities to generate leads and expand the studio's client base through community outreach, corporate partnerships, and referral programs. Implement creative marketing strategies to attract new prospects and convert leads into loyal members.
- **Operational Excellence**: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment that reflects the Orangetheory Fitness brand standards. Coordinate daily operational tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance, to ensure smooth studio operations.
- **Team Development**: Support the Studio Manager in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture where team members feel empowered to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to members.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track key performance metrics related to sales, member engagement, and operational efficiency. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to drive continuous growth and success.
- **Customer Experience**: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service at all times. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring that every interaction reflects the Orangetheory Fitness commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales-driven environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Flexible availability to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends, based on the needs of the studio.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Experience in the fitness industry or related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
