We are looking for an experienced Lead Photographer to join our team for the 2025 wedding season. As a Lead Shooter at NOAZA, you will take the lead in managing the creative direction of clients’ wedding events, skillfully and artistically documenting their unique stories while ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.

Applicants for this role **must** have previous wedding photography experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Leadership**:Serve as the primary photographer for wedding events, managing the artistic vision and ensuring it aligns with the clients' expectations, and managing a second shooter to assist and fulfill comprehensive wedding coverage
- **Storytelling**:Capture candid moments, emotions, and interactions throughout the event, while also focusing on intricate details and decor that enhance the wedding's ambiance.
- **Client Engagement**: Build rapport with clients and guests, providing a professional yet personable experience throughout the event. Some planning calls with clients may be required to review itineraries and photo expectations.
- **Adaptability**: Be flexible and ready to adjust to changing lighting conditions, locations, and photography needs on the wedding day.
- **Equipment Management**: Ensure that photography and lighting equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition throughout the event.
- **File Handling**:Safeguard and manage all raw images, ensuring backups and proper organization of files.

**Qualifications**:

- **Personality**: We're looking for someone with a confident, outgoing and approachable demeanor, capable of providing fluid creative direction to couples and their bridal parties.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing previous experience in wedding event photography is required. If selected for further screening, must be willing to share a full wedding event gallery.
- **Reliability**:Punctuality and commitment to assigned wedding dates are crucial.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- **Equipment**:Access to a Mirrorless/DSLR camera and a variety of prime and zoom lenses (35mm, **50mm**, 24-70/24-105mm preferred) along with speedlights or strobes.
- **Transportation**:Must have reliable transportation to and from wedding venues.
- **Experience**:Previous experience in photographing events is required. South Asian wedding photography experience is a plus but not mandatory.

**Compensation**:
Your individual skill set and the training required will be considered when finalizing your rate. During the initial onboarding, you will receive a training rate, with your lead shooting compensation being finalized based on your skill set and performance at the end of the training period. **Lead Shooters**: Starting at $60/hr

a. Photographers are not allowed to publicly display or distribute any photographic content created for NOAZA Studios on other portfolios or social media platforms.

b. During their contractual association with NOAZA Studios, they are dedicated and exclusive team members of our company and cannot offer their photography services to other wedding photography companies.
