**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Program Implementation:
- Use SalesForce, Tableau, and other sophisticated software to ensure scheduling and program execution are complete and communicated to the team
- Manage logistics components of in-person and virtual events, ranging from venue booking, catering, and materials shipping to virtual feedback tools and supplies management
- Generate and monitor the master program calendar and ensure scheduling information is accurate and up to date for internal and external consultants and teams
- Arrange the necessary tools and transport, including flights and accommodations needed for each program or project
- Plan, manage and procure workshop supplies and materials as requested and needed
Participant Experience:
- Coordinate communication with participants before, during, and after each program
- Manage participant attendance and program completion
- Monitor participant progress during the program
- Monitor progress and ensure critical deadlines are met
- Administer relevant group and individual leadership assessments
- Look for ways to create a world-class client experience
Design and Development Support:
- Format and proofread workshop materials
- Prepare workshop materials and supplies per the Program Lead’s instructions
Session/workshop support:
- Set up in-person sessions at venues as requested by facilitators
- Produce virtual sessions (i.e. set up virtual meetings, ensure the use of the right technology create breakout rooms, troubleshoot technical issues, etc.)
- Assist Consultants with any other online deliveries and client engagement meetings
Other duties:
- Assist data collection & reporting as required
- Other duties to support TCS team members and projects as required
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- **Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)**:
- Degree or diploma in a business-related discipline
- Experience with virtual meeting tools and technology (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Miro)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and competing deadlines
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player & positive contributor
- Knowledge in learning, training and development is an asset
- Event planning experience
It’d be nice to have:
- An eye for design
- Analytical skills and data analysis experience
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
