An Assistant Administrator works with the company as a whole and has many clerical and administrative responsibilities. In general, some Assistant Administrator duties and responsibilities include:

- Writing memos and managing correspondences
- Creating invoices and managing receipts
- Preparing spreadsheets and other related reports
- Maintaining company files and databases
- Purchasing office supplies and dealing with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining all office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers
- Delivering mail and sending faxes as needed

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6J 7L6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
