We are seeking hard working, enthusiastic and forward thinking individuals who will help oversee all administrative activities for our organization. This would include developing expertise in our EMR, troubleshooting minor technical problems, preparing/overseeing internal organizational requirements and reporting, basic bookkeeping, acting as a liaison/point-of-contact between vendors and the organization, registering patients, managing the inbound/outbound calls as well as other activities as required by our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Following up with labs/specialists
- Assisting with implementing new services, processes, and initiatives
- Improving clinical efficiencies
- Main phone switchboard
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Assisting with billing coordinator with submissions/rejections as required
- Greet and register patients at the Lindsay clinic
- Other activities as required
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records, mainly Accuro is considered an asset
- Innovative with the ability to problem solve quickly, strategically, and creatively
- Must be able to work both independently and in a group environment
- Demonstrated flexibility to respond to a fluctuating workload and the ability to work under pressure
- High proficiency in the use of computers and new technologies
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- On call
- Weekend availability
