**General Description**:
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing in the US, the Inside Sales Support Specialist will be located in Canada or the US and will mainly be responsible for sales support for the NA Sales & Marketing Team. This role will be fast-paced and dynamic, working in a variety of exciting capacities and an integral part of a highly trained North American sales team.
**Role Responsibilities **(includes but not limited to):
- Working closely with Sales & Marketing Director/Sales Manager and their customers to assist, create, and manage the preparation of quotes, proposals, orders, and sales documents
- Coordinate and distribute sales documentation and information internally and externally
- Coordinate and track delivery of orders through a multitude of systems
- Preparation and creation of sales reports with a strong understanding of budgets and KPI’s
- Inventory management - from creating orders through to receiving them while working with multiple departments
- Manage and maintain customer information within the CRM (Salesforce/Pipedrive), SAP, and internally
- Liaise with our international offices in Europe, South America, and the US
- Understanding credit terms and limits to assist the financial department and working with customers to ensure timely payments
**Requirements**:
- This role will be suitable for an energetic new grad or someone early in their career
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales; experience in marketing or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Intuitive and confident computer skills, especially with Excel, MS Office programs in general, and new-to-you programs
- Must be SAP proficient
- Fluent in English - verbal and written
- Highly-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving and independent learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for details
- A team-player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; certification in Marketing or Sales will be an asset
- Ability to travel occasionally (post-Covid)
**Salary**: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
