**cease buying or selling of Russian Rubles and buying of Ukrainian Hryvnia.** We hope this measure will be temporary and we are able to resume normal trading of RUB and UAH in the near future.

Online Specialist

The Online platform is a specialized VBCE service for individuals or businesses who require recurring foreign exchange transactions. We offer our clients exceptional real time rates priced against the live Forex market to ensure they receive the best pricing. As a VBCE Online Specialist you will be part of a team that manages online relationship accounts and on boards new clients. We believe in our people and we provide them with a positive environment in which they can reach their full potential. As an ambassador of our brand you are the face of the company that will interact one on one with our customers and assist them with the many different products and services VBCE has to offer.

**Job Description**:
Provide customer satisfaction excellence by creating a positive image and memorable impression on the phone. Promptly assist customers to use VBCE online in a professional, knowledgeable, courteous & efficient manner. Identify customer needs using relationship selling techniques. Make qualified referrals to other team members if necessary. Own customer inquiries/concerns/complaints. Ensure service recovery procedures and security. Safeguard procedures for prevention of loss are followed. Self-Management & Teamwork Functional level knowledge of Foreign Currency products and services Knowledge of administrative support, communication & rapport-building skills Resolves issues and reports any discrepancies to your team leader. Provides input to development and achievement of team objectives. Strong work ethic and goal oriented Job Requirements:
Broad knowledge and understanding of foreign currency products and services. Excellent customer service skills. Goal and achievement orientated. Exceptional telephone and communication skills. Knowledge and understanding of industry regulations and standards. Analytical and problem solving skills Resourceful, patient and resilient. Self-motivated with ability to work independently. Excellent oral & written communication skills in English Demonstrate initiative & desire for life-long learning
