**PURPOSE/SUMMARY**: Our mission is to generate demand for Nintendo experiences and facilitate acquisition, ultimately making people smile. Delivering on this mission is the primary purpose of all Nintendo of Canada, Ltd (NOCL) employees

**Nintendo Experience Specialists **(NES) are responsible in visiting various local retail outlets in the **Greater Vancouver Area**, as well as local event support. This position will be responsible for interacting with consumers and retail staff during peak shopping hours (weekdays, weekends, evenings, key promotional periods, and holidays), and at consumer facing events to provide sales support, on-going product sampling, training, and education about Nintendo products/

**NES Duties**:

- Attend scheduled shifts with all specified equipment and assigned uniform
- Provide timely submission feedback via Consumer Insight surveys and shift surveys via Natural Insight
- Maintain assigned Nintendo Switch equipment including all updates, downloads and other content
- Perform outlined priorities such as merchandising and sampling
- Implement planograms based on retailer direction and priorities
- Raise concerns and questions with your assigned Area Lead
- Represent Nintendo in a professional manner
- Maintain general awareness and news on Nintendo Products and Events
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner and maintain a professional

**REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE**:

- 1 -3 years of related customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
- Team player mentality and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between assigned retail outlets and events
- General interest and knowledge of video games

**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:

- Post-Secondary School Education

**PHYSICAL/FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy loads (up to 30pounds)
- Overtime periods, weekend and holiday work
- Extensive local travel
- Valid drivers license - good driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Must have access to a smart phone, mínimal data, high speed internet and adequate storage space
