**Job Description**:
SEARCH SUMMARY (REMOVE FOR ACTUAL POSTING):
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager to drive incremental market penetration in defined territory(s) to exceed annual targets. Promote a world class customer experience and support the customer life cycle program as outlined. Cross departmental cooperation and assistance in customer retention.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Prospect utilizing CRM and target defined potential customer profiles
- Pursue and close multi source leads
- Follow defined Strategic Selling sales process
- Document all sales activity in CRM and comply with 100% utilization
- Utilize company sales presentations and sales resources
- Comply with companies pipeline and percent to close guidelines
- Provide onsite customer/prospect demos, support and presentations
- Accurately qualify prospects needs and align with companies services
- Cultivate referral business
- Manage expenses in the company’s best interest
- Cultivate strategic partners and vendor relationships
- Participate in industry events
- Present cost comparisons, proposals and billing analysis to prospects
- Provide full club setup and training when needed
- Provide prospects with detailed hardware and software comparisons and analysis’s
- Effectively demonstrate company’s software and present value proposition
- Transition accounts into ABC following customer life cycle guidelines
- Meet deadlines for providing expense reports
- Complete and submit closing documents to various departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
- Regular and reliable attendance required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree (preferred)

- Business to business sales experience
- Prior fitness industry experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
- Must be able to accurately and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
