**Department Overview**

**Business banking is comprised of Commercial, Small Business, TD Equipment Finance and TD Auto Finance.**

The Business Banking Delivery Practice is a team of highly skilled professionals focused on delivering over $200 Million annually across digitization, regulatory, servicing, credit & sales modernization and currency infrastructure projects.
- The Business Banking mandate is to drive delivery certainty, outcomes, governance and reporting while proactively managing risks. We focus on initiatives that create business value, working closely with various lines of Business and Technology partners and platforms to collect, prioritize, shape, and execute their needs.**BREADTH & DEPTH**
- Typically leads the delivery of Tier 2 / 3 projects, with medium/ high risk and complexity profiles
- May indirectly manage a LoB project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology resources where applicable to the project
- May manage a number of small projects at any given time, and time horizon of projects are generally short term

**Job Requirements**
- Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management
- Exposure to financial management with respect to tracking, forecasting and managing project budgets
- Team player with ability to influence and achieve results through effective negotiation, problem solving
- Experience executing projects using different approaches, like Waterfall, Iterative, or Agile
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to perform, maximize the contributions of all team members and communicate effectively, with confidence
- Strong collaboration skills to help uncover stakeholder needs and motivations, influence and secure the cooperation of key resources, resolve conflicts and negotiate positive outcomes for the project
- Logical and analytical. Comfortable making decisions under pressure. Able to balance the level of data required to make a decision with the importance of the outcome
- The ability to understand and learn the dynamics of relationships in an organization to identify decision makers and influencers, and to predict how new events or situations will affect the organization
- Resilient when faced with setbacks, bouncing back from disappointments or confrontations
- Adaptable to a variety of situations, individuals or groups. Understands and appreciates different and opposing perspectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 5-7 years of relevant project management experience

**Education / Accreditation**:

- University degree or comparable professional education/training
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
