As anOperational Procurement Coordinator, you will be managing the procurement team,responsible to lead all operational procurement initiatives to ensure timelymaterial delivery, correct and optimized inventory levels, keeping supplierperformance indicators according business expectation.

**HowYou’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead the Operational Procurement team,assess resources and competences to bridge gap for optimized performance
- Drive all related KPI’s such as,supplier on time delivery, supplier performance, Open PO tracking, etc.
- Manage all Purchasing volume withinthe plant and office
- Manage individual performance andgoal’s achievements (individual KPI’s)
- Analyze material requirements for production,manage material inventories to ensure material and resources are consistentwith production schedules/demand
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluateprocesses for materials delivery, including safety stock and supply strategy
- Day to day’ involvement in all theProcurement activity within the business to ensure efficient management of theprocurement service and business targets
- Take follow up actions in relation tomaterial shortages that affect production and implement correct actions toavoid further shortages
- Lead process improvements for quickturnaround (overall supply chain performance)

**What You Bring***
- Minimum 5 years of working experiencein Supply Chain management leading operational procurement teams
- SAP Knowledge. Experience working withthe Office suite proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of purchasingfundamentals, MRP, scheduling, and planning
- Strong analytical. Able to work undertight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with multiple objectives
- Advanced/previous production planning/schedulingexperience and deeper SAP knowledge
- Material planner experience (ShopFloor/production knowledge)
