Are you eager to gain practical experience in a fully integrated and dynamic work environment? We are looking for a university student in engineering, business or supply chain management available full-time for the winter semester to join us as an Operational Procurement Buyer Intern.

Your Tasks:

- Shadowing the Procurement team to gain insight and experience.
- Reviewing and refining operational procurement processes & procedures.
- Coordinating with suppliers and logistics.
- Negotiation, supplier relationship management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Corporate Procurement team by developing and maintaining templates and dashboards using data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI or others.
- Conducting reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies in reporting.
- Offering assistance and support to fellow Procurement team members in planning, inventory management, data mining and analysis, in addition to following up with suppliers and the receiving team.
- Prepare weekly reports & maintain data management.

**Requirements**:

- A university degree or college diploma in supply chain, business, engineering or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of SAP, MM module (Material Management).
- Solid understanding of procurement to pay business systems, procurement principles and processes, and commercial terms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills including MS Excel: Intermediate to advanced skills with Pivot Table, Micros, IF functions, Vlook up, name ranges etc.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse suppliers, service providers, and colleagues.
- Strict attention to detail, ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- An eagerness to learn.
- Interest in being an integral part of the team and making meaningful contributions.
- Flexible to a changing environment.
- Ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot problems that may arise.
- Ability to collect and analyze qualitative data.
