**Qualifications**:
We are growing and looking for a passionate Project Administrator to join our team. Your overall organization, punctuality, involvement and drive to perform will contribute to advancement within our team. You must have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and the following requirements to be considered for the role:

- 3 years + of experience in an accounting administration and / or project admin role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong organizational skills including time management
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prepare schedules and actions plans
- Proven interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and complete assignments on time
- Able to work both in a team, and with mínimal supervision
- Must work with a high attention to detail and quality
- Experience working in the engineering or construction industry is considered an asset

**The successful applicant will**:

- Customer invoicing, accounts payable and receivables
- Assist with other financial functions as needed
- Manage project contracts, schedules and milestones as needed
- Maintain and organize all aspects of project documentation and reporting
- Assist with filing, documentation and organization of engineering materials
- Provide administrative support to project managers and technical personnel as needed
- Assist with putting together work orders, reports and other written materials
- Coordinate and attend all project related meetings
- Assist with project quality assurance functions

**Please note this is an in-office position.**

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
