**Become a Cloud Operations Analyst - Temporary Assignment up to 6 months** **with MPAC**

**You have**:

- Post secondary degree/diploma in a related field, completed or in progress
- Minimum 3 years of experience within IT required, preferably supporting a Cloud native environment
- Intermediate Cloud Certification required
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of cloud technologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities requiring flexibility, time management, multi-tasking and ongoing prioritization of work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good attention to detail and judgement to determine when to escalate service issues to senior technical staff
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with the willingness to share ideas and solutions to technology challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience providing quality customer service is essential Perform duties off hours and on an on-call basis as required

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience supporting a Cloud native environment
- Certification in AWS (Associate Level)
- Knowledge and experience with scripting and CI/CD pipelines

**What you will do**:

- Support Cloud Operations with incident response including investigating alerts and participating in issues resolution
- Support the Cloud Operations team with the technical setup of Cloud resources and with the development of scripting to automate everyday tasks
- Provide support in times of coverage to set up CI/CD deployment pipeline, monitoring, configurations management and incident response and deploy workloads using Cloud native tools and technologies
- Maintain the patch management process and provide technical support to the agile development teams
- Utilize existing documentation and frameworks to assist with general Cloud Governance
- Keep up-to-date with trends and upcoming technological advancements
