CloudKoi Inc. is a dynamic and innovative software solution provider dedicated to cloud services. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented JIRA Administrator to join our IT team and play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our JIRA environment.

**Job Overview**: As a JIRA Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our JIRA instance to support the needs of our development and project teams. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of JIRA workflows. **Responsibilities**:
**JIRA Administration**: Manage and administer JIRA Software, including user management, project configurations, workflows, custom fields, and dashboards.

**Configuration Management**: Customize JIRA workflows, screens, fields, and reports to meet the specific needs of different teams and projects.

**Integration**: Implement and maintain integrations between JIRA and other tools and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and collaboration.

**User Support**: Provide ongoing support to JIRA users, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on best practices for utilizing JIRA features.

**Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for JIRA configurations, processes, and best practices.

**Training**: Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure effective utilization of JIRA functionalities.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management, to understand their requirements and implement JIRA solutions accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator in a software development or project management environment.

In-depth knowledge of JIRA Software, including configurations, workflows, and permissions.

Experience with JIRA integrations and plugins.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JIRA Certification is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:
