**Your Experience**

You are the perfect fit for Pulse Health if YOU:

- Have at least 2 years of experience in a consistent customer service role and are committed to providing excellent customer service to our patients.
- Can communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending on the audience.
- Have excellent attention to detail and written skills.

**The Position**

As the Receptionist with Pulse Health, you will work closely with the Health Practitioners to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will be responsible for general administrative and customer service tasks including but not limited to the following:

- Answer phones and effectively deal with customer needs scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Billing third party insurance companies and completing customer payments.
- Develop positive and professional relationships with customers and vendors/suppliers.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
