Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Lakeview Daycare. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and visitors, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard and telephone system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and ensuring that messages are relayed accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Windows.
Work Environment:

The Receptionist will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the daycare. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
