**QUEL EST LE POSTE ?**

Sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire du trafic, le spécialiste de la conformité douanière sera l'expert en la matière de Psycho Bunny pour tout ce qui a trait aux activités commerciales liées à l'importation et à l'exportation de marchandises.

Le spécialiste SH/HTS examinera et coordonnera toutes les activités liées au système tarifaire harmonisé. Ce rôle consiste à assurer la classification précise des produits, à maintenir la conformité avec les réglementations douanières et à optimiser les processus d'importation et d'exportation afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.

**COMMENT VAS TU LE FAIRE ?**
- Classer avec précision les produits selon les codes du système tarifaire harmonisé (SH/HTS), tant pour les importations que pour les exportations, afin de garantir la conformité avec les réglementations commerciales internationales et les exigences douanières.
- Se tenir au courant des modifications apportées aux codes SH/HTS, aux réglementations douanières et aux politiques commerciales. Veiller à ce que les activités d'importation et d'exportation de l'entreprise soient conformes aux lois et réglementations locales et internationales.
- Préparer et tenir à jour les classifications SH/HTS détaillées, les déclarations de douane et les documents relatifs aux importations/exportations. Veiller à ce que tous les documents requis soient complets, exacts et soumis dans les délais impartis.
- Collaborer avec différents services, notamment le merchandising, la logistique et l'approvisionnement, afin de fournir des conseils sur les codes SH/HTS et les questions tarifaires. Aider à résoudre les problèmes liés au dédouanement et aux droits de douane.
- Effectuer des audits et des contrôles réguliers pour garantir l'utilisation correcte des codes SH/HTS et le respect des réglementations douanières. Traiter les divergences et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire.
- Aider les équipes internes à mieux comprendre les codes SH/HTS, la conformité douanière et les meilleures pratiques en matière de commerce international.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe chargée des importations pour faciliter les transactions internationales tout en veillant au respect des lois et réglementations applicables.
- Générer des rapports sur les classifications des codes SH/HTS, le statut de la conformité douanière et les coûts liés au commerce. Analyser les données afin d'identifier les tendances et les domaines à améliorer.
- Valider les déclarations en douane déposées par les courtiers en douane afin d'en assurer la conformité et procéder aux ajustements postérieurs à la déclaration, le cas échéant.
- Déposer les demandes de remboursement de droits de douane en collaboration avec l'équipe financière.
