**The Position**
The Customer Experience Specialist will be a detail-oriented, positive, hardworking individual. This person enjoys talking on the phone, administrative work and being in an office environment. This position requires a team player that has experience multi-tasking, working under stress and problem solving. They enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love challenges.
- **Tasks**
- Deliver the ultimate customer service experience to our retail partners
- Placing orders
- Giving price quotes on regular and customized products
- Providing status on pending orders
- Assisting customers with orders under a tight deadline
- Issuing Return Authorization numbers
- **Requirements**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Career oriented individual
- 2-3 years experience working in a similar position in an office setting
- Professional E-mail communication experience
- High attention to detail with ability to catch errors
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

**Availability**: Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm & Friday 9am - 3:30pm
