An industry leasing facility maintenance company that across Canada and the United States is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our Winnipeg team

This experienced individual is a self-motivated, hardworking & friendly who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player, with verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work with team members at all levels and across various departments throughout the company. The individual will performs a variety of general office tasks to support the Office Manager in ensuring various transactions are properly recorded in accordance with the company policies.

**Specific Duties**:

- Direct incoming calls, front desk reception, mail distribution
- Accounts Receivable duties include generating and sending out invoices, processing adjustments/credits
- Accounts Payable duties include processing bills for payment, matching invoices with PO’s verifying prices
- Assist with bank deposits, reception, expenses, purchasing, and payroll.
- Maintain customer/vendor files and records
- Prepare other necessary schedules and reports as directed
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties & administrative tasks as requested
- Perform other duties and special projects as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ office experience in an Administrative related position
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in Great Plains would be considered a strong asset
- Well organized, proactive, hard-working and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills with prioritizing abilities to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, eager to learn and comfortable communicating with various departments within the company
- The ability to work independently and also in team environment
- Flexible to work outside of core hours when business needs dictate
- A high degree of integrity, honesty and commitment to professionalism
- Sitting for extended periods (office environment)
- Some lifting required

NOTE: There is no company parking available at the workplace.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$37,000.00 per year
