**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train inventory staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and distributing products as needed.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on demand.
- Implement inventory control systems and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Prepare reports on inventory status for management review.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset to address inventory challenges.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is preferred.
