Office and Operations Support Specialist

SK Automarket is a family-owned and operated automotive sales business since 1983. We specialize in retail, wholesale and export of pre-owned vehicles for over 40 years. With 2 retail locations (South Surrey and Langley), we offer our customers a comprehensive buying experience with services that include financing, in-house leasing, warranties and hopefully the best buying experience in the Industry.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a fun and outgoing personality to run the front office area.
**Role Overview**:
You should be a versatile individual capable of multifaceted responsibilities. They include duties typically associated with a receptionist, data entry, managing accounts payables, managing lessee accounts, welcoming customers to the dealership, occasional driving of vehicles as required, and miscellaneous tasks as a front office manager. The role is a long-term full-time 40 hr week Monday - Friday. If you require modified or semi-flexible hours then we can accommodate that, as we understand that family always comes first. Our atmosphere is casual and very easy going but can include some stress and timelines that have to be managed.
**Qualifications**:
- A valid driver’s license.
- A self-starter and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Positive and enthusiastic outlook with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone with a friendly demeanor.
