Administrator (3 Months Contract)

We are seeking a Administrator to join our McAteer team in Markham (Onsite).
We are seeking a temporary Administrator who will provide full administrative support to senior executives. The right individual has the ability to demonstrate a standard of excellence, enjoys challenges and is results-driven.
**The Administrator will**:
- Prepare board meeting materials and agendas including liaison with attendees
- Plan and coordinate meetings, calendar and appointment management
- Edit and finalize presentations and documents, proofread to ensure accuracy and clarity of content
- Handle telephone enquiries in a helpful and professional manner
- Maintain member communications, policies, texts and other governance documents
- Manage legal communications and member appeals
**To be successful as a Administrator **with The McAteer Group of Companies, you will need**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as an Administrator at a senior level
- Co-operative team player with an ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication skills and grammar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high level of accuracy
- Handle information with confidentiality and high degree of integrity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
- Familiar with Diligent board portals an asset
