The National Contract Administrator is located in Markham, ON and typically reports directly to the National Contract Manager.

The National Contract Administrator will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

- Preparing of documentation to assist Accounts Receivable/Payable (e.g., Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.)
- Timely review, printing, and delivery of invoices
- Engage partners in billing, A/R management, and collections activities
- Assist the manager in planning and scheduling
- Assist with material/equipment procurement
- Productivity reports
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Manage JDE Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Handle customer calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and changing environment
- Documentation control—photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- Review dashboards and assist in data analysis
- Reference and maintain hard and soft copies of client Maintenance Agreements
- Provide PM schedule to subcontractor and schedule visits
- Confirm and validate subcontractor services via report submissions
- Other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education in a related field

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-3 years in an administrative role is a strong asset

- JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system is an asset
