**Current Rate of Pay**: Min $26.05- Max $ 29.61

**Current Shifts**: Primarily Days, 8 hour shifts (Monday - Friday-approximately 22.50 hours per week)

**Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Abilities**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a professional administrative role, preferably in a health care setting.
- Post-secondary education in, Office Administration or equivalent combination of education and relevant administration experience.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive issues in a professional manner
- High level of initiative and self-direction
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service when interacting with staff, volunteers, students patients, families, colleagues and physicians
