We are a supportive and collaborative congregation and several other congregations use our facility. Our goal, as a Christian congregation, is to seek the welfare of the broader community with values based on faith, hope and love expressed through the Christian faith. Our facility was redeveloped in 2018 to provide 45 units of below-cost housing as well as space for community groups, a modern worship centre and a small commercial space which we lease.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. This is a part-time position.
**Duties**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records
- Provide bookkeeper with payroll data and all invoices
- Provide support as event coordinator, including marketing, organizing events and meetings
- Manage office facilities and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Good communication skills with ability to work with diverse groups
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office phone systems and other communication tools
- Manage Office 365 accounts, domain hosting accounts, and web hosting accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress.
- Manage contracts and leases
- Experience in team management or supervision is a plus
- Work within the core values and mission of the congregation
Work Experience:
- Undergraduate degree or above with a strong background in business or administration
- At least two years of experience in business management or church administration
