**What to Expect**:
The **Manager, Product Ownership - Analytics Solutions** based at our North York office reporting into the Director Product Ownership - Data & Analytics, will lead the product ownership function within the Data and Digital Solutions team. This role focuses on managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions, and ensuring that product development aligns with business objectives. The manager will act as the key liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, ensuring a strong product vision and seamless execution. They will also drive change management efforts to support the successful adoption of new products and processes across the organization.

**A day in the life**:

- Facilitating cross-functional team collaboration ensuring smooth communication between development, design, functional teams.
- Meeting with key stakeholders (business, Functional relationship managers, internal and external teams) to gather feedback and adjust product direction, intake process and discoveries.
- Collaborating with product owners to define and prioritize product features and roadmaps.
- Manage, coach and empower product owners. leading daily stand-ups & Sprint Planning to track progress and unblock issues, backlog refinement sessions with stake holders.
- Leading and overseeing change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new products and features across the organization of CPG Industry.
- Reviewing product performance metrics and analysing user feedback to inform feature enhancements and future product improvements and governance.
- Monitoring product KPIs and driving improvements in product delivery, customer satisfaction, and change management success.
- Engaging in market research and competitive analysis to ensure the product remains ahead of industry trends.
- Align with Regional and Global teams to implement global initiatives and best practices within the market, while ensuring compliance and security of solutions.

- Improved product ownership processes, resulting in enhanced team collaboration and faster time to market.
- Product roadmaps that are clearly aligned with business priorities and adjusted based on real-time data and stakeholder feedback.
- High levels of customer satisfaction with delivered products, reflected in product usage metrics, positive feedback, and smooth transitions.
- Development of a high-performing product ownership team, marked by clear communication, ownership, and accountability.
- Successful adoption of innovative technologies and best practices in the development lifecycle.

**Role Requirements**
- Technical Skills: Understanding of digital platforms (PaaS, IaaS), data solutions, and agile methodologies, DevOps technologies with the ability to work closely with development teams.
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Have at least 7 years of development experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, and BW. Familiarity with SAP, cloud architecture (Azure), and Power platforms and their components (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).
- Advanced understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modelling.

- Leadership & Vision: Ability to lead product owners with a clear vision for the product lifecycle and outcomes, while managing organizational change.
- Change Management: Proven experience in driving change management initiatives, with the ability to lead stakeholder engagement and training for new product rollouts.
