**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Hire, train, and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Coordinate production around equipment downtime and coordinate with repair technicians.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a printing production or manufacturing management role.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology or related field is an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
