Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Job description
1. Our Notary's office located near Metrotown Mall is seeking a full time legal admin assistant to start right away. Hours are 9:30am to 5:00pm.
3. Mandarin speaking is mandatory and Cantonese speaking is an asset
- fluent in English and Mandarin ( both written and verbal)
- have some work experience in an admin role
- have at least two letters of reference for interview
- graduated from a Canadian college
- strong organizational and multitasking skills and attention to details
- Dependable and punctual
- Basic knowledge of computer programs, including MS word and excel
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and organization (Filing system, calendar upkeep, document prep, etc.)
- Preparing documents (Fee proposals, reports, letters, contracts and correspondence)
- General assistance and organization for the company
- Conveyancing work ( if experience allows)
Face to face interactions with clients is mínimal.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
