Technical Continuous Improvement Advisor

As we expand, we are looking for a Technical Continuous Improvement Advisor to oversee and enhance our Zoho systems and drive operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other tools.
- Monitor system integrations (e.g., EDI, shipping platforms) to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide training and support to users, promoting full adoption of the Zoho ecosystem.
- Work closely with IT to troubleshoot issues and deploy updates or new features.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Document workflows, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and share best practices.
- Stay updated on Zoho’s new features and recommend their adoption.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Zoho systems and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in designing automated workflows and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- This position requires you to be proficient in spoken and written English, as you will need to communicate regularly and daily with our customers and manufacturers outside of Quebec.
- Knowledge of fast fashion industry operations is a plus.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes des différents départements pour identifier les inefficacités et proposer des solutions innovantes.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des flux de travail automatisés à l'aide de Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow et d'autres outils.
- Surveiller les intégrations systèmes (par exemple, EDI, plateformes de livraison) pour garantir des opérations fluides.
- Fournir des formations et un support aux utilisateurs, favorisant l'adoption complète de l'écosystème Zoho.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe informatique pour résoudre les problèmes et déployer des mises à jour ou de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Développer des tableaux de bord et des rapports pour suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
- Diriger des initiatives d'amélioration continue pour rationaliser les processus et améliorer la productivité.
- Documenter les flux de travail, créer des procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) et partager les meilleures pratiques.
- Se tenir informé des nouvelles fonctionnalités de Zoho et recommander leur adoption.
**Qualifications**
- Diplôme universitaire en technologies de l'information, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée avec les systèmes Zoho et l'optimisation des processus.
- Compétences analytiques solides avec la capacité d'interpréter les données et de fournir des recommandations exploitables.
- Maîtrise de la conception de flux de travail automatisés et de tableaux de bord.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Ce poste exige une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit, car vous devrez communiquer régulièrement et quotidiennement avec nos clients et nos fabricants à l'extérieur du Québec.
- Connaissance des opérations de l'industrie de la mode rapide, un atout.
