The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for assisting and supporting over 1500 Phreesia employees with their everyday use of Salesforce. They will respond to and address issues with the Platform, handle access provisioning, and work with both developer and product owners to increase the quality of Phreesia’s Salesforce Orgs. This person will interface directly with internal employees and work to solve issues, identify areas of improvements, improve documentation, and additional activities
- What You’ll Do:
- Perform weekly operational duties in support of Salesforce, including troubleshooting access issues, new hire configuration, data loads, etc.
- Respond to employee’s questions and issues, provide training and support including proper documentation to end users including creating runbooks and troubleshooting guides for issues
- Assist operational teams to build out reports & dashboards
- Report on performance including customer satisfaction, first response, and resolution times
- What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required, Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
- Proven ability to design & implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Preferred experience with source-control based deployments including Git and/or Gearset and experience with CPQ and/or Tableau CRM is a plus
Base pay for US is $70,000 - $95,000 USD, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
