**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator with experience in the North American market. This role works directly with the Project Managers to coordinate electric vehicle infrastructure projects. This includes the lifecycle stages from initial client consultation, to design, procurement, construction, and client acceptance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:

- Planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Reviewing and approving project plans, blueprints, and other construction documents.
- Managing project budgets and tracking expenses to ensure cost control.
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status.
- Resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Proccore, ProjectSight or similar tools.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to perform construction estimating using software like Accubid or similar programs.
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam or similar software for document management and collaboration.

**Salary**: $51,021.37-$75,000.00 per year
