**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your ability to negotiate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on analyzing market trends and identifying potential areas for growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions to inform product development.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for sales strategies.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in the field.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
