**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests to the facility in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls on multi-line telephone systems, screening and directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing mail and courier packages, when required.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
- Maintain visitor logs and sign-in procedures to track visitor activity and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Ability to adapt and adjust to various assignments
- Ability to work with minimum supervision

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a receptionist.
- Experience operating multi-line telephone systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
