We are a busy company that specializes in providing service work for our prestigious clients’ pool and spa equipment. We service Saskatoon and surrounding areas and are looking to add an additional, permanent, member our office. We are interested in people that are positive, reliable, energetic with good work ethics and who want to take learning opportunities to advance within the company. No prior experience needed, however, previous experience in an office / accounts recievable / receptionist role would be considered an asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for assisting our service department in its administrative duties, while training to eventually help customers with minor technical troubleshooting. Initially, main responsibilities will be customer call backs and payment inquiries. You will work closely with our service coordinator to increase customer service and satisfaction while still maintaining the highest quality of work. You must follow all necessary procedures with a positive and hardworking attitude. All necessary training will be provided.

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities.**
- Fast paced during summer season
- Follow directions from the service manager and stay task focused
- Repetitive tasks; filing, invoicing, account recievable
- Regular 8 hours a day, any overtime is paid, 30 min lunch, flexible schedule.

**Work Location Information.**
- 2515 Millar Ave is the reporting address

**Qualifications.**
- Strong attention to detail and quality completion
- Ability to learn and problem solve
- Work independently and reliably

**Compensation**

**Salary**: $18-20 per hour starting
