**Job Title**:Flight Attendant

**Work Arrangement**:Flight Attendants operate on a shift-based schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, which may include long shifts of up to 14 hours per day. This challenging role takes place onboard aircraft and can be physically, emotionally demanding, and highly stressful.

**Position Overview**:
Flight Attendants at Flair Airlines take on a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of our passengers during their travel journey. They operate within the guidelines of Transport Canada regulations and our company policies, delivering exceptional in-flight service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism through the following key responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and comfort of all customers throughout their travel experience.
- Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies outlined in our Flight Attendant Manual, in full alignment with Transport Canada regulations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the flight crew and captain to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience for all passengers.
- Perform in-flight service duties, including the sale of onboard products such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and meals.
- Execute pre-flight duties, including safety and security checks, inspections of aircraft cleanliness, and verification of correct onboard provisioning.
- Maintain an active presence in the cabin, offering friendly, professional, and timely assistance to passengers.
- Operate various onboard safety and emergency equipment with confidence and handle security and emergency situations with poise and tact.
- Uphold cabin cleanliness standards on all flights and perform cabin grooming of the aircraft upon arrival as required.
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer service across all aspects of onboard service.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Additional education or certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus

**Experience**:

- A minimum of four (4) years of customer service experience is required.
- Prior experience as a Flight Attendant is preferred but not mandatory.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid Canadian passport
- Minimum 19 years of age
- Be able to reach 201 cm or 79 inches flat-footed with no shoes
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist and 22 lbs. overhead
- Fluency in English; French and other languages is considered an asset
- Live within 90 minutes of your designated crew base or willing to relocate
- Prepared to demonstrate and work the required schedule flexibility (24/7), including weekends and holidays, and accommodating standby (reserve) flight schedules as needed.
- Availability to travel on short notice and work in various time zones
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening test
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
