**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Order Processing & Price Checks**:

- Process orders and check prices on Marketplace platforms (Amazon, Best Buy Marketplace, Best Buy VDF, Walmart, Newegg).
- Handle orders from distributors including Synnex, D&H, Xcel, Hitfar, Best Buy, Canadian Tire, etc.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Coordinate sales between distributors and Adesso, addressing inquiries about price and inventory.
- **Financial Management**:

- Create invoices and credit memos using QuickBooks.
- Generate purchase orders from the USA and China through QuickBooks.
- Issue payments for monthly bills via check or online payments.
- Produce expense sheets for the general manager monthly.
- **Reporting**:

- Create backorder reports and reports for Best Buy from EDI weekly.
- Develop sales reports from QuickBooks weekly, monthly, and quarterly for the general manager.
- **Inventory & Forecasting**:

- Oversee inventory, with a particular focus on GekoGear products.
- Manage forecasting for Canadian Tire and plan orders accordingly.
- Update and add inventory across all marketplaces and respond to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse regarding shipments, returns, and inventory.
- **Customer and Vendor Relations**:

- Inform vendors, distributors, and customers about order fulfillment status and ETAs.
- Approve defective claims, issue RMA numbers, and send return labels as needed.
- Maintain bi-monthly meetings or as required with the Synnex Marketplace team.
- **Miscellaneous**:

- Answer phone calls and direct them as necessary.
- Book delivery appointments for Best Buy through their portal.
- Ensure specific order processing criteria for Canadian Tire and Best Buy are met.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Experience with EDI and Marketplace platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 months

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
