Immigration Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Look for the Consultant's schedule and book meetings for him.
- Prepare report material for the next day's presentation.
- Prepare reports and assist in preparing meeting agendas.
- Go through the inbox and book appointments manually and electronically.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Do research about a certain topic for the meeting.
- Create a presentation as directed by the boss.
- Prepare research materials for the meetings and maintain records.
- Photocopy, scan, sort, and organize files and documents.
- Assist office manager in budget reports, drafting contracts, and service agreements, and preparing weekly schedules.
- Manage office stationery inventory and other supplies.
- Order water supply, coffee, and tea for the office from Vendors.
- Keeping track of client deadlines, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, fax, and electronic communications.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $16.75-$19.00 per hour
