Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Salesforce Configuration and Maintenance**:

- Tailor Salesforce to align with our unique company procedures.
- Enhance and uphold current Salesforce functionalities.
- Guarantee system security and data integrity.
- **Client Support and Management**:

- Handle Salesforce-related activities for major clients.
- Offer training and support to client organizations' users.
- Create and sustain customized documentation and reports for clients.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Ensure data within Salesforce is accurate and comprehensive.
- Develop and oversee reports and dashboards.
- Utilize data analysis for strategic planning and decision-making.
- **Project Management**:

- Cooperate with internal teams on Salesforce-focused projects.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and its modules.
- Experience managing CRM systems for financial entities or comparable high-profile clients.
- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
- Exceptional abilities in training and supporting users.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Salesforce: 1 year (preferred)
